How Our Delivery & Collection Works
1. Easy Coordination: Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll work with you to arrange convenient delivery and collection times. We’ll confirm the details the week of your event.
2. Flexible Scheduling: Our standard delivery and collection hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We understand that events often happen on weekends or require specific timings. We’re happy to discuss and accommodate deliveries and collections outside of these hours, though additional fees may apply. Please let us know your specific needs when you request a quote.
3. Accessible Drop-off & Pick-up: We deliver chairs to a ground-level, easily accessible location at your venue (e.g., loading dock, front entrance, garage). For properties with stairs, difficult access, or specific placement requirements (e.g., setting up chairs at tables, moving them to a specific floor), please inform us when booking. Additional charges may apply if significant extra time or labour is required beyond standard delivery.
4. Your Responsibility: The hired chairs are your responsibility from the moment we deliver them until we collect them. We recommend that you or a designated representative be present during both delivery and collection to ensure a smooth handover. Please ensure the chairs are ready for collection at the agreed time and location, in a reasonably clean condition.

Delivery & Collection Fees
Delivery and collection fees are calculated based on several factors:
- Distance: The mileage from our Sydney warehouse to your event location.
- Order Size: The quantity and type of chairs you’re hiring.
- Accessibility: Any challenges or specific requirements at the delivery or collection site.
- Timing: Requests for delivery or collection outside of our standard hours.
We’ll provide a transparent and all-inclusive delivery and collection fee when you receive your personalised quote.
